The evening will bring together voices from across all of District 7's registered neighborhood organizations, with moderated questions from our RNOs as well as questions submitted by the audience.

Coordinated with the Clerk and Recorder's office, UpDoNA, LoDoNA, RiNo District, and Ballpark Collective is holding a Candidate Forum to hear from City Council At Large B candidates. Candidates will address the entire group about a few topics particularly important to Downtown Denver. Then everyone splits up to discuss those topics in more detail.

The Denver Decides community partnership, composed of the League of Women Voters of Denver and Inter-Neighborhood Cooperation, is pleased to invite you to participate in our 2026 Candidate Programming designed to educate the public and generate excitement for getting out the vote in anticipation of the General Election on November 3, 2026.

The Candidate Forum will be live-streamed in front of an audience.  The video and candidate information will then be available to the public via Denver 8 TV, Denver’s municipal cable television station, and online on the Denver Decides website, www.DenverDecides.org.

You are invited to a Colorado Black Round Table Candidates Meet & Greet, Thursday, October 15th, 4:30pm-5:45pm at Clayton Early Learning Center.

The forum will bring together residents of Globeville, Elyria, and Swansea and community members from across Denver to hear directly from the candidates seeking Denver’s open At-Large City Council seat in the November 2026 election.

The discussion will focus on three major issues with significant implications for our neighborhoods and the broader city:

• Data centers, including Denver’s current moratorium, future regulation, environmental and utility impacts, and the proposed CoreSite expansion in Elyria;
• The Triangle/National Western public land, including community ownership, affordable housing, development, and community benefits on this major publicly owned site; and
• Surveillance, including privacy, civil liberties, accountability, and Denver’s use of surveillance technologies such as Flock cameras.

The Central Park United Neighbors Registered Neighborhood Organization is organizing a forum for the city council at large candidates on Tuesday, October 20 at 6:30 PM (doors will likely be at 6 PM). Past forums have included timed questions for all candidates + an opportunity to table before and after the actual forum.
